One of a group of 5 pieces based on spirals.
The Citrine 3 spiral pendant features a faceted Citrine gemstone, set in a frame within 3 double spirals, shaped, hammered and polished by hand.
The chunky frame has a hammered bark texture and has a curved inner profile which reflects the spirals. The base of the piece has been oxidised black for optimum contrast. The faceted citrine gemstone is tube set in the centre of the spirals. You can see through the whole pendant, this is to let light through the stone.
Pendant approx 20mm across. Complete with high quality sterling silver 18″ belcher chain.
Inspiration,
Spiral forms exist in Nature all around us, you can see them in snails, shells, flowers, pine cones, storms, DNA, curly hair, even galaxies! Most notable and fascinating is the Fibonacci spiral featuring the golden ratio. Spirals are the best way to grow. I find them fascinating!
All of my packaging is UK sourced, biodegradable and plastic free. Every item of jewellery will be carefully wrapped in a Dorset Hill Jewellery hand stamped box, finished with tissue paper, string and of course a hand drawn name tag.
